Let's not get too carried away. I don't like him, he's a wet brained a hole. :) Both he and cullen bring up some things that I initially dismiss for whatever reason. That later turns out to be true or have some validity. Not all of it. But it does make me question my point of view more often.

yes here, usually the higher protein, lower carbohydrate versions these days. Mostly because of the convenience and the nutrient breakdown.
