I had to reload the spool on the weed wacker the other day. It wouldn't let line out afterwards. Took me about a half hour of aggravation to realize I wound it backwards.

My doctor told me not to lift anything heavy and to stop weightlifting but for crying out loud I do have to pee a few times a day.

I don't go out of my way but, yay. One of the nearby diners has awesome Greek yogurt. Fresh berries, granola, honey, and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. The yogurt is firm and tart. Mixed with the sweetness is delicious. No health benefit to that particular dish.
