My schedule is such that I am not able to devote the time necessary to perform the duties of the office.
I would really like to be able to participate in the celebratory parade but will not be able to serve as parade marshal.
I would like to assign the position to one of our own, the effervescent Harold L. Trees.
His rapt attention to all of my tutelage as evidenced by his loyal and consistent monitoring has undoubtedly equipped him to know everything that I myself have done and would do.
Therefore, I ask that this change be instituted at the earliest possible time so the OFR will not be leaderless for any time.
