Hit and no fun

The door makes a cringeworthy pop sound when I open it.

The perp's rental vehicle. He was trying to parallel park behind me but began his turn in about 10 feet too early. Okole.

Prolly couldn't see it cuz it was covered and daylight.

I found out about the accident from the HNL Ramp Manager; contacted me via email. I was on a 10-day trip. I filed a Citizen Incident report while overseas. I was contacted by phone while I was in Singapore. Officer said to call when I get back on-island. I did. No answer. Two different Police Departments, no one answered the phone. I forward another email. Two days, nothing. I finally got in contact with HPD. "Oh, no, you need a Police Report". "Then why does the website say to submit a Citizen's Report." "I don't know. Call 911 and say it's a non-emergency." I did. I got the Police out to my house fairly quick. I had added information that the perp quit FedEx last week and will not answer his phone but I do have the plate number of his rental car. The Police do a quick check. He's still on island. Officer asks where did it happen. I said at the airport. "Oh, that's not our jurisdiction, that's the SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT." Wait, so I have to start all over with them.

So no reply from the Sheriff's Department. What the fudge.

I better go move my car before it gets towed for being too close to a neighbor's entrance. Okoles.

Wouldn't happen to be the same guy that wasn't able to pick up your flight schedule? whistle:

I met with a Sheriff at HNL right before I got on my flight to ANC. I now have an official case number; it only took three weeks.

"Now you have to contact your insurance to do the investigation" said the Sheriff.

I wanted to shoot the Sheriff...

2000 Boxster S - I've had for nearly two decades. Well balanced and fun to drive - the mid-engine sounds great. Every time I think I'm gonna sell it I end up liking it more, so much so that it's in the shop right now getting a makeover inside-and-out after its recent body shop visit for the hit and no fun.

You need a Karmann-Ghia.
Go with your Karmann Miranda.
"Racist" is a toolword. You must know that.
Any objective examination of the effect of "them" has to lead you to the behavior and ideology that is now termed, "racist."

Refute if you can.

Yes it has. I’ve gone over it like Zapruder. There’s an odd memorial to him a couple of miles to the West in Cholame, a pilgrimage point. We passed through there on the 50th anniversary on our move to Colorado from Pismo Beach.
