has changed the model I have worn for 15 years or more.
Thought I'd get a new pair today as mine have a smidge of wear.
And they have CHANGED THE MODEL!
The old mx608v2 model walked GREAT!
The NEW mx608v5 heel sticks out farther so each step is a clown shoe slap slap slap !

NOTHING NEW IS ANY FUGGING GOOD !!!!

I have a pair of worn out Crocs that would be perfect for you.
Try to walk in the wet grass before hitting the concrete. They work better that way

My podiatrist was really pushing New Balance shoes so I bought a pair. They're okay but not nearly as comfortable as my camo Crocs which I wear all the time. Not very stylish but I don't GAF. It's all about comfort and Crocs are the most comfortable shoes ever made.

Are Crocs OK with FLAT feet? I mean my arch is reversed. I could be a rocking horse with these goddam feet.
The army had to build special combat boots for me.

In the army, they asked how I didn't get 4 F'ed for those.
When they found out it was a NATIONAL GUARD physical, they said ..oh.

Actually, I am glad I was in.

I honestly don't recommend them. If they get a little worn and wet you will break a leg or hip.

I have flat feet and my crocs work great for me. They're fairly cheap so I'd give them a try. I've never noticed mine being slippery but it never hurts to be careful when walking especially if you're an old guy like me.

Yep. I've used wideshoes a couple of times.
My feet, when I went INTO the Army, were 8 1/2. Normal width. Nothing special except flatfooted.
I got OUT of the Army, and they were 10 1/2 wide. Kept playing basketball for fun. Now 11 1/2 4E ..... sucks trying to find stuff last minute or where you can try them on.
