Ever use a TENS unit on yourself?

Fun little things...
Had experience with one 3 years ago when a PT was treating a back issue for me.
Got one for myself and started using it a bit last night. Has TENS, EMS, Massage. I canNOT even get close to what I did with the professional one.
Kind of weird playing with the different settings though.

Ummmm....no. Hadn't crossed my mind that way but, thinking about it, there are probably some that would. I wouldn't. Damn thing would hurt like hell I'm sure.

No experience with them but have seen a lot of people use them. The people i know, the results are mixed with some loving and others not finding much relief

I've used it for back pain before. I found that while it was on doing its thing, it was nice; but once removed there was no lasting effect and so didn't really work as a therapeutic remedy.
