first time out they need them jumping onto the bank. i ruined my son early like that taking him to a place where we got skunked. i fuddernutter up badly. to this day if i really want to fish i have to call the daughter.

Yeah, when he didn’t get bit in 5 minutes we changed tactics and threw rocks in the river. It’s recoverable.

In a few years, he'll be ready for his first .22 rifle and some expert firearms safety training from his grand dad. :cool:
