Anybody here ever done it? What's it like? I've been told that if I ever really fall asleep I probably won't (consciously) hear the voices. And why do they call it "falling" asleep? Don't you wake up when you land?
Any info or insights will be appreciated. Unless you're one of the assholes that I have blocked. Then, not only will I not see your post, but I also don't give a fuddernutter what you have to say. In fact, it would be just fine with me if you died on a fire. Then I'll see it on the news, because it's not like I'll be sleeping.

I usually sleep like a rock, as long as I am getting some exercise and eating decently.
Do you think you have trouble sleeping because your life sucks, and you dwell on it too much? Don't overthink it. I hope that helps.
