I went through a stretch there when taking the pain pills that I couldn't hardly sleep at night. fuddernutter those pills. Besides, not only did they keep me up at night... they really didn't make the pain go away. I just didn't care about it as much :lol:

I tried some new drugs last night. I think I slept some. I don't remember much :oops:

I take a 100 mg of trazadone to help me sleep. That's a lot less than the dosage used to treat depression. It's an older anti depressant that caused drowsiness. I also take benadryl sometimes since I have scud drip from my sinuses at night that wakes me up. I ususally sleep fairly well with the 2 and I feel okay when I wake up usually.

I'm trying Elavil now. Took 25mg last night... slept 3-4 hours. Took 50mg tonight, 5 hours ago.

I'm not sleeping :mad: I'm up doin' stuff... trying to get tired, maybe make my eyes tired. Did some painting... huffed some Dammar varnish.

Did I mention that I'm not sleeping? :evil:

Took a nice 2 hour nap this afternoon. Light rain outside, women gone shopping. Just me and the dogs. Life is good.

So for those of us that have not been following the Clark/sleep drama ...

How much sleep are you averaging each night? Are you sleeping at all during the day? What are you taking/doing to try to get more sleep?
