I've heard once you get really old, your body just doesn't need as much sleep.

I know someone who did that until he went on some sort of antidepressants. Guess he sleeps through the night now.

Anyway, glad you still have this problem.

I don't know about that anti-depressant med trick. It would probably fuddernutter with my other medications..
