but today was a hard day. Tylenol does nothing. I din't realize how much Motrin got me through the day.

Took 4-5 days before i felt the Tylenol.
If you cant take oxy, its all you got!

I can’t take any 14 days out, post-op I’ll be on Oxy for a short spell and aspirin for about two weeks to help prevent blood clots.

Comrade, I just logged on for the first time in quite awhile and I see the news. I wish you the best. Get through it. One lady I've become friends with had her hip replaced about 9 months ago and she was glad to have it done. Sorry to read about what you're going through.

You'll be on the pot for about two weeks if you don't take the stool softener with that oxy.
