Clause 33120, replacing an old tired useless forum

Clause 33120 fr. the Treaty of Mar-a-Lago: When a critical subject overloads the General Forum, said subject can itself be a forum, e.g., Politics. When space is not available an old tired useless forum can be replaced by the new critical subject.
