It is a great feeling to wake up with that fuddernutter ROOGER .,.,,,,GONE !!!

I got it used. GREAT shape. Near new. yippee.... so I went out shootin. load first round and the cylinder locked up. Remove cyl. Try again. Same.
jeeeebizzzzz..... Take to "gunsmith" He says simple fix and take a couple days. Week later I just go GET the fuddernutter.
Then I discover Ruger's great (actually great) cust service. They even send you a prepaid ship label.
They had it another week and it comes back. They REPLACED the loading gate (which was what was hanging it up) replaced the trigger, hammer, and another spring.
Great. shoots fine. until I try smoe of my reloads.
APPARENTLY...... the primers weren't flush. I mean they were flush but not FLUSH! They hang up.
Now I could stick in the 45 LOOOONNNNNGGGG Colt cyl but I shoot ACP.

I purely HATE the new rooger system. Old one... flick open gate, load, shoot.

New one: Get churchkey or pry bar and wangle gate open. stick in shells. oooopss.... don't pass the point where it needs to be turned back a bit because the fuddernutter willl NOT. Then shoot. maybe.

I bless yesterday and the buyer. He has another 2 Blackhawks at home. Good for him.
