Coin and pawn shops are notorious for the lack of such facilities.

At our municipal building the janitor used to leave extra toilet paper in the public restrooms. The seniors would come in and steal it. None of the day guys would do anything about it. I would get pissed and remind them they're cops and stealing is stealing. I wasn't saying to crack them with a baton and drag them into a cell but at least tell them to knock it the fark off. :mad:

They should buy the brand the State of Georgia buys.
