My pool in Colorado would get like that in July and August.
It was open from Tax Day to just after Halloween and covered the other five or so months.

No, not today.
Yesterday my pool-meister went to the permit office to see where we are in line,...cuz CR axed him to in a nice polite island-style way. CR just got word that the 'okay' is about 2-3 weeks away. CR replied, "So, 2-3 weeks to get the OK, then 2 weeks for the permit issuance, then 2 more weeks until ground break(?)" Pool-meister replied, "...can actually break ground after we get the ok. So we should be breaking ground in the next few weeks while the permit changes to "ready to be issued".
Sorry for the good news.

this morning we used our backyard pool, up North smoewhere. Air 84, water 80.
