Why do I get the impression that Hawaiians are a bunch of lazy ass fuchahs?

They've built at least 15-20 custom homes in my 'hood here in Coastal GA since February (and well over half have pools in their back yards) ...... that's February 2023!!! :razz:

Add yuge corruption at the State level - most of the delay, 22 months worth, was in getting the permit. If I were to apply for a pool permit today, 6 weeks!?! Reason? Who knows?
