A few Tylenol a day. Only hurts when I do something stupid like let the dog talk me into a game of tug whatever toy he has in his mouth. Fuddernuttering dog has some torque :mad:

I just got cortisone in each shoulder.
Yesterday they hurt.
BUT..... cleaning lady had moved my Tylenol and I didn't take any.
Got it onboard today. :D What a difference!

Wish I could go back to relafen but the heart valve stopped that. :cry:
