I like it. Even though I've lost quite a bit of interest in coins as of late, I still wouldn't mind making a mint mark set of half eagles. They're the only coin that was made at all U.S. mints.

Thanks! I do too. My client had it raw and I said we needed to get it graded. Cost me a bunch of pennies more to buy it for my collection after that, but it was the right thing to do. No sadness there, as now I get to keep it safe and health in its clear tomb!

I've been working on a $2 1/2 and $5 mint mark set as well but lately my purchasing power and 'grading fees' have gone to MSC.

Capital Plastics has a holder for the seven mint Liberty half eagle set that's really cool but with most gold coins being in slabs now that holder is pretty much obsolete now.

That's a perfect CC gold coin for someone who just wants one CC gold coin since it's the most common and least expensive CC gold coin. Nice coin in the perfect collector grade.
